Large stone-built 45 sq.m studio built at the same elevation as the "Filoxenia" building entirely secluded with a 200 sq.m. courtyard, on the sea and with amazing unrestricted view of the Aegean Sea and Tsigouri Beach.
Particular care has been taken with the room (exterior and interior). It blends perfectly with the surrounding space as it is built with the same stone type you will find in the area.
It has a double iron frame bed and a sofa that opens and becomes either a double bed or two single beds.
It includes a kitchenette and dining area and large bathroom with a corner shower cabin which are fed hot water by a solar water heater.
